Pricing Comparison

In November 2021, we updated Voucherify pricing for the first time since 2018. The older pricing plan, established in 2018, was available to Voucherify customers until the end of November 2021. If you created your account before December 2021, you are probably still on our older pricing plan based on redemptions.

We plan to disable the old pricing model starting June 2024 and conclude the transition by the end of 2024. This means all accounts currently operating under the old pricing plan must be migrated to Voucherify current pricing structure before that time. Customers will be presented with new alternatives in advance.

Pricing plan differences

The current pricing structure offers more flexibility and efficiency:

  • With the per-hour and per-month breakdown, managing expenses and usage becomes simpler.
  • You can invite as many users as you need to your project without limitations.
  • The new pricing model offers unlimited messages (e.g., emails sent from Voucherify). The Voucherify Fair Use Policy provides more information regarding the messaging.

The 2018 old pricing model you currently use has several limitations that may cause inconveniences, such as the number of users and limits on messages or redemptions.

The current pricing is based on the number of API calls you make per minute and billing cycle. There are no limits on the number of messages or any separate limits on redemptions, vastly simplifying your billing and usage.

However, it is crucial to remember that there are still restrictions in effect: similar to the previous pricing plan, there is an overall limit on API calls across all projects during your subscription cycle.

As an additional benefit, all current pricing plans include an additional Sandbox project for testing promo campaigns in isolation from the production environment. The Sandbox project is not counted towards the project limits.
