How to Manage Offline Redemptions
This guide assumes that you are already familiarized with Mobile App Overview.
Log in to your account and add all details that you want to attach to the code redemption using 'Search' section:
- a code (required)
- a customer data
- an items list
You can add products and customers data to the redemption request. It's optional - if you choose only the code and trigger redemption, Voucherify will automatically create a new customer with a unique ID in your dashboard.
Adding items list is also optional if the voucher has not any product-specific validation rules attached. If you want to redeem code with validation rules based on order volume or order structure, you need to provide order details before you confirm redemption in the app.
All successful and failed redemptions are listed in the 'Redemptions' section.
